Climate Fool of the Week #9

Congratulations to the first multiple winner of the climate fool award…drum roll please. Wait for it…wait for it. It’s AL GORE. Actually, you probably just scanned ahead and saw that before didn’t you. I did have his name up in big capital letters, and it’s hyperlinked…anyway.

Gore recently compared global warming skeptics to racists, and in the process displayed remarkable bigotry, with his use of the term “denier”. It is a word which implies the target is ignoring what is blatantly obvious (as if the science was settled), that they’re unintelligent and irrational. It is a label meant to delegitimise opponents, and doesn’t belong in civilised debate.

Make no mistake, once all this hype is over, this guy will go down as the ultimate climate fool. Seriously, he is that far ahead of the competition, he mathematically can’t be beaten.

A dishonourable mention to our warmist PM, Julia Gillard. Not for anything in particular (although she was a bit overprotective of that re-emerging Bruce Wilson scandal), I just thought I might not get another chance. She’s so gone.

About Climate Nonconformist

Hi, I'm the climatenonconformist (not my real name), and I am a global warming skeptic, among the few in generation Y. With Australia facing the prospect of a carbon tax, we need to be asking the simple question; where is the evidence that our emissions are causing any dangerous warming?

Gore is a real poster boy for the Green Faith isn’t he 🙂

Well, if you can believe the news, they’re predicting rain – I too however am a skeptic. I believe it’s just one of those weather phenomena that will go on it’s way in time, just like every other global weather phenomena. I watch a program once that essentially said than now that we are cleaning up the air, with less particulate matter up there, there’s less stuff to hold in heat, hence the reason winters are getting colder – go figure.
