A Welsh scientist has taken alarming photos of a Greenland glacier melting over the course of two years.
Alan Hubbard, from Aberystwyth University’s Centre for Glaciology took photos of the Petermann Glacier last month and compared them to photos from the same position in 2009 taken by other researchers, The Newcastle Herald reported.
Is it not possible that this may be within the realm of natural variability? Given this new study yes. Is it not possible that Fairfax considered this possibility? I’d say no, bordering on hell no. But of course, the ice is melting, it must be our fault.
It’s interesting that in both cases, they are Welsh researchers. I don’t know if they’re the same ones.
